الكوشوك مهم لأنه بحجب رؤية قناصين العدو وجنوده. استُخدم كثير في الضفة، وكان اله دور مهم في جمعة الكوشوك في ٢٠١٨، لما شباب غزة لموا كواشيك من كل أنحاء القطاع وحملوها عظهورهم وحميرهم وعرباياتهم لوصلوا السياج. هناك رصوهم عبعض وولعوا فيهم. ضربوا نقيفاتهم من ورا الدخنة وبعدين اقتحموا الدخان ليزرعوا علم فلسطين عالسياج ويعودوا سالمين.
Mashaal
Burning tires are important because they block the view of enemy snipers and soldiers. They are widely used in the West Bank, and played a significant role in the 2018 “Jume’et al Kawshuk”, when young men from Gaza gathered tires from all over the Strip and carried them on their backs, donkeys, and carts to reach the fence. There, they stacked them up together and set them on fire, then stormed through the smoke to plant a Palestinian flag on the fence and return safely.
